ACM To Make Its Entire Digital Library Open Access Starting January 2026
Beginning January 2026, all ACM publications will be made open access
New ICE applicants are failing the written exam portion of becoming a federal agent. They have open access to reading material and the internet, but still maintain an impressive 50% failure rate. This is a "subset," as the first round of recruits were grandfathered in. No written for them.
