California Targets Tractor Supply's Tricky Tracking


The California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) fined Tractor Supply, the country's self-proclaimed largest "rural lifestyle" retailer, $1,350,000 for apparently ducking its responsibilities to California consumers and job applicants. And it's all thanks to a consumer complaint.
