Ceramic Series 12 is Pricier to Repair Than Apple Watch Ultra 4
Apple reintroduced a ceramic case for the Apple Watch Series 12, but if you don't have AppleCare+, repairs are unusually expensive. It costs $599 to fix "other damage," which covers any repair besides a battery replacement. Battery service is priced at $99. Repairing a ceramic Series 12 is more expensive than getting an Apple Watch Ultra 4 repaired. That repair costs $549 without AppleCare+ (up $50 from the prior model).
