CodeRabbit raises $60M, valuing the 2-year-old AI code review startup at $550M

The round, which brought the two-year-old startup’s total funding to $88 million, was led by Scale Venture Partners.

“We had a team of remote engineers who were starting to adopt AI code generation on GitHub Copilot,” Gill told TechCrunch. The business has been growing 20% a month and is now making more than $15 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), according to Gill. Since CodeRabbit understands a company’s codebase, it can identify bugs and provide feedback, acting like a coworker, Gill said.
