Dutch foundation sues Epic Games over Fortnite's "pressure" tactics that drive spending
The Massaschade & Consument Foundation has launched a mass claim against Epic Games, the maker of the popular game Fortnite, for misleading young people. During gameplay they are shown countdown clocks, for example, that create the impression that the chance to buy something in the game is about to expire - yet days later the offer is still there, the plaintiffs say.
