Liva AI (YC S25) Is Hiring


As part of Liva's engineering team, you'll have end-to-end ownership over projects that define how frontier AI data is collected, validated, and quality-assured. You'll work on a mix of platform engineering and infrastructure development (scaling data platforms, building human-in-the-loop systems, designing evaluation pipelines). You might build a mobile app for data collection one week, design an automated QA pipeline with intelligent validation systems the next, and then improve our annotation platforms. You’ll also play a key role in developing AI agent–driven workflows that automate core operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Design and build data collection platforms: web apps, mobile apps, and annotation interfaces Build robust QA pipelines with automated validation, quality checks, and error detection systems Lead the automation of key operational processes Participate actively in code reviews and technical design discussions Contribute to the core infrastructure powering data collection and quality assurance for leading AI labs REQUIRED SKILLS: Super fast at shipping Can flexibly learn and adapt to new tools/goals Strong coding fundamentals in Node.js / TypeScript, Python, and React/Next.js Experience building web applications and ideally mobile apps Familiarity with AWS, databases, and API design Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership, curiosity, and delivering simple solutions to complex problems Bonus: Experience with annotation platforms, data labeling tools, human-in-the-loop workflows, or mobile app development BENEFITS: Daily lunch & dinner covered Free gym membership Health insurance Opportunity to be an early member of a fast growing YC-backed startup
