8BitDo now sells the NES-themed keycaps from its retro keyboard

Build yourself the custom keyboard Nintendo never will.

By Andrew Liszewski, a senior reporter who's been covering and reviewing the latest gadgets and tech since 2011, but has loved all things electronic since he was a kid. 8BitDo is now selling a set of keycaps featuring the same Nintendo Entertainment System-inspired design as those used on the Retro Mechanical Keyboard it debuted last July. If you want to stick with a compact tenkeyless layout but feel you’ll still be missing a dedicated number pad, 8BitDo’s $44.99 wireless mechanical numpaddoubles as a desktop calculator and is available with matching NES theming.
