CSET (the Center for Security and Emerging Technology) at Georgetown University published a study late last year based on formal testing. A lot of the coding involved in embedded systems programming, kernel development, and performance-critical C and C++ optimization exists in the brains of a few expert coders. AI companies claim workforces made up of agents can duplicate this synergy, but nothing beats working with other folks in a team that's firing on all cylinders.
