In 2001, before he cofounded Reddit, before he married the world’s greatest tennis player, before he became the face of devoted fatherhood and a serial entrepreneur, Alexis Ohanian gave a 3-minute, 20-second high school commencement speech. I will say, I took my daughter to a New York Liberty game at Barclay Center a few weeks ago, and it was an amazing feeling to have a 7-year-old with her best friend sitting there watching these incredible women, this sold-out crowd, packed stadium. Even five years ago, at 2 in the morning, a founder could say, I really want to talk to the CMO of company X, and they could search our contacts, find the person they're looking for, click a button, and start drafting the message for them on my behalf.
