Amazon Antitrust Trial Date Set for October 2026

Tuesday’s official court calendar entry of the Federal Trade Commission- Amazon legal clash was the latest and possibly last procedural step in the government’s case against the company. The suit also cites requirements for vendors to use Amazon computing, logistics, and Prime transportation assets, and assume de facto obligations to pay for advertising and other marketing services, or risk becoming lost among the platform’s multitudes of sellers.
