Amazon tripled prices for the basic tier of their auth service Cognito

On November 20, 2024, Amazon announced that they are changing the prices for AWS Cognito. The new “Lite Tier” is comparable to the old Advanced Tier it seems, the prices seem to not be changed much here, but you have to consider that the free mau is only 10k and not 50k now, and that the price for the first 10k is more expensive. In our calculator the prices for the old compared to the new Free/Essentials tier is changed significantly.
