It’s like a more visual way to filter and understand product features.
AI-powered “Shopping Guides” are now rolling out in the US on Amazon’s mobile website and apps for iOS and Android, presenting users with more tailored product information and recommendations when they’re browsing. They are supposed to include “educational content” about these products, alongside customer insights to “help you make informed purchase decisions,” according to Amazon. Below these are selectable options for “factors to consider,” which can break products down into specific categories by things like brand, use case (sport, gaming, students), or connectivity type (wired, wireless, USB).
