AMD Enables Per-Queue Resets For Newer GPUs & Other Linux 6.12 AMDGPU Changes

We are just a week or two out from the start of the Linux 6.12 merge window and AMD has submitted a final round of feature updates to DRM-Next of kernel graphics driver changes they want to round out AMDGPU/AMDKFD for this next cycle.

This week's batch of "new stuff for 6.12" mostly consists of driver fixes as well as updates to various IP blocks -- including continued work on GFX12 support for upcoming RDNA4 graphics cards. This batch of updates does build off the per-queue resets and process isolation support sent out last month as part of earlier pulls for AMDGPU in DRM-Next for Linux 6.12. See the list of this week's AMDGPU/AMDKFD patches via this pull request of the latest material prepped by AMD for their open-source kernel graphics driver code going into Linux 6.12.
