The AMD power management fixes have been merged via this pull request ahead of the Linux 6.11-rc6 kernel test release debuting tomorrow. Frustratingly, this one line patch that is a straight forward addition to "fix" the missing CPU power reporting for AMD Zen 5 processors has yet to be picked up by the mainline kernel...
