This is part of the upstreaming enablement effort that's still ongoing and initially for benefiting the HP ZBook Ultra G1a while other laptops in the future will likely be leveraging that AMD ISP too. GFX7 as a reminder is for the Hawaii / Kaveri / Kabini era GPUs while GFX8 covers Polaris, Fiji, Stoney APUs, Carrizo, Iceland, and Tonga graphics processors.
