AMD Zen 5 Not Affected By Inception/SRSO, mitigations=off Yields No Benefit On Ryzen 9000 Series

One of the security changes with AMD Zen 5 processors that I haven't seen AMD publicly mention at least not prominently is that the new cores are not vulnerable to Speculative Return Stack Overflow (SRSO).

Speculative Return Stack Overflow was made public one year ago and better known by the "INCEPTION" name and officially as CVE-2023-20569. So while there isn't much in the way of software mitigations needed for AMD Zen 5, with Phoronix readers ultimately always asking "what about running mitigations=off performance?!?! Even on Zen 4 there hasn't been much benefit from running mitigations=off and is certainly not recommended for production systems due to the security risks.
