AMD today released AMDVLK 2025.Q1.3 as their official open-source Vulkan API driver for Linux systems. This comes a week after the Radeon RX 9070 series began hitting Internet retailers to much fanfare. I will be working on some AMD Radeon RX 9700 RADV vs. AMDVLK Vulkan Linux gaming benchmarks in the coming days.
