Outside of Silicon Valley, companies including Ford, Toyota, GM, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Coinbase, and more have donated millions to the Trump inauguration fund. Kaplan worked under President George W. Bush and has close ties to Trump and incoming VP JD Vance.
