Before the user confirms their cancellation of an active subscription, the app now has the opportunity to present a three months free offer to the customer. When the user taps the button to cancel a subscription, the system briefly waits for the backend to supply a retention offer. Retention offer information is shown inside a card in the middle of the interface, with the content clearly labelled as being “from the developer”.
