Apple Store employees in New Jersey are trying to unionize


104 employees have filed a petition to unionize.

This time, it’s a group of 104 employees in Short Hills, New Jersey, who filed a petition to unionize with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on Tuesday, as reported earlier by Bloomberg. Judges have also found that Apple illegally interrogated workers over pro-union activities at its New York City and Atlanta, Georgia, locations.
