Ark 2 developer acknowledges missing-in-action sequel
A new expansion for Ark makes mention of the series' missing-in-action sequel, suggesting Ark 2 is still in the works.
Now, however, there's a big expansion for Ark: Survival Evolved- one that's designed to connect the series to it still missing-in-action sequel, whenever it arrives. Watch on YouTube Studio Wildcard said the expansion will follow Yeoh's character, alongside others from the animated series, in a story that "directly connects the storylines of Ark's Extinction and Genesis expansions and leads into the events of Ark 2". Back in January, Studio Wildcard shared a content roadmap for Ark: Survival Evolved with updates scheduled up to and beyond December 2026 - with no mention of Ark 2 in sight, leading some fans to wonder whether it had been cancelled.
