About Artisan: We are a Y Combinator-backed startup creating AI Employees and consolidated software, starting with our AI BDR Ava and our consolidated outbound sales platform. We're growing very rapidly (around 70% MoM) and are building our sales org from the ground up. We recently raised a $8M seed round from top investors, and are looking for superstar engineers to join us on our rocketship growth as we relentlessly work towards building a multi-billion dollar company 🦄 About the job: As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will work directly with our CPO and Lead Architect. We’re looking for a product-obsessed self-starter to join our team and build things people want. In this role, you’ll be given the opportunity to build flagship products in our roadmap to meaningfully drive millions of dollars in revenue.  \ The ideal person is a natural entrepreneurial engineer who can lead the end-to-end engineering cycle for flagship product features, including coding, talking to customers, understanding product requirements, managing complexity, and designing systems that will scale. We strongly believe that the best engineers own outcomes and deeply understand customer problems. \ You’re excited about customer problems, and you pick the technologies and tactics that balance speed, function, and long-term robustness. You will: Work in-person at our SF office Own large new areas within our product Work across backend, frontend, and interacting with LLMs and/or other ML models Deliver experiments at a high velocity and level of quality to engage our customers Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production, ensuring the features you own are bug-free Be able, and willing, to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new product features and experiences You have: 5-7 years of full-time engineering experience, post-graduation Proficiencies in Python, React, Postgres, Redis Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming Experience scaling products at hyper-growth startups Excitement to work with AI technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team You ideally have: Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative AI models and LLMs Experience building AI-powered solutions Benefits: Generous equity Full coverage medical, vision & dental Join a rocketship as we’re starting to take off!
