Accuracy is important, but it's not the only data that can be insightful for your health, and wearables do a pretty good job at it, even if they aren't giving the perfect readings. Nobody would buy a smartwatch that needed to go back every 90 days to be tested and ended up costing a couple of thousand dollars to be slightly more precise.
