The startup, now valued at $750 million, is one of three that recently raised funding to use AI agents for helping healthcare practices answer patient calls.

Just last week, EliseAI, which automates customer services for real estate and healthcare office front desks, announced that it secured a$250 million Series E led by Andreessen Horowitz, valuing the company at $2.2 billion. The startup initially focused on orthopedic and physical care offices, but has recently expanded its offerings to other specialties, including Ob-Gyn, dermatology, and dentistry. Assort Health was founded two years ago by Jon Wang, a former medical student who traded his path in medicine for the world of startups, and Jeff Liu a former Facebook engineer.
