Impact Statement: Starting at 00:01 UTC on 13 July 2024, you have been identified as a customer using Azure OpenAI Service globally who may experience errors when calling the Azure OpenAI endpoints and resource might be unavailable for the duration of the outage. Recovery is underway in all affected regions, with service partially restored in North Central US. Some customers may begin to see signs of recovery, and an update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
