Bank of America says efforts to locate sensitive documents containing personal information on an undisclosed number of customers have failed. The North Carolina-based bank says it is unable to recover the documents, which were lost in transit and “resulted in the disclosure” of personal information. “We will work with you to resolve unauthorized transactions on your Bank of America accounts related to this incident if reported in a timely manner.”
