Banksy Fights with Greeting Card Company for Control of His Trademark

The owner behind a company called Full Colour Black argues that the artist has failed to use his “Banksy” trademark, while Banksy denies this.

Banksy, the anonymous British graffiti artist, risks losing the right to his own name in a landmark case brought against him by a greeting card company.
