BCacheFS is being disabled in the openSUSE kernels 6.17+

Given BCacheFS is "externally maintained" since 6.17 [1], we are disabling the filesystem in 6.17 too [2]. Therefore, everyone using it should follow the BCacheFS' upstream advises [3] how to install/use it.
