Bem secures $3.7M to automate unstructured data conversion for engineers


Bem is an AI data interface company that provides an API for developers to convert unstructured data into structured data formats. It raised $3.7M from Uncork Capital.

“At our core, Bem is an AI data interface, redefining the scope of interoperability and integration to save time and frustration for these teams so that they can focus on what truly matters to their product. He feels that when a company reaches Series C, that’s when this problem becomes “incredibly evident.” Furthermore, Bustamante highlights those in logistics, supply chain, health care and insurance as four industries that “suffer this pain the most.” Bustamante says over the next few months, he hopes to standardize the pricing structure to ensure it’s “very tangible and visible” and deliver an ROI of at least 25 to 30 times “because this is such an expensive problem to solve.”
