Bill aimed at protecting children online sparks debate over censorship and privacy.


The U.S. Senate passed the Kids Online Safety Act on Tuesday. If the bill is approved in the House, it will mark the first time in 25 years that Congress has passed a law aimed to better protect children from dangers online.
