BMW says CarPlay Ultra is ‘not so exciting,’ disputes CarPlay popularity

BMW doesn’t currently plan to support CarPlay Ultra, and it sounds like that won’t change any time soon based on new exec comments.

CarPlay Ultra officially launched earlier this year, but one of the automakers who has so far said “no” to supporting Apple’s system—BMW—has just explained the reasoning for their decision.
