ChatGPT is my static site generator
Instead of using a static site generator, I just copy and paste a new post and an example of an old post into ChatGPT. It's super easy and extremely flexible, with no setup required.
I don’t need to write strict Markdown, or even use consistent formatting — I can mix and match HTML tags, plain text, and inline comments. GPT-SSG goes ahead and fills out all of the<meta> tags and SEO stuff that I’ve never bothered to figure out how to automate, saving me a bunch of copy-and-paste work. Command-line tools like Claude Code allow users to write terminal commands in natural language, never needing to look up proper syntax or read man pages again.
