China's BEV ownership stood at 22.09 million units at the end of December, accounting for 70.34 percent of the total 31.4 million NEVs.
The number of NEVs in China reached 31.4 million, accounting for 8.9 percent of all vehicle ownership. As of the end of December, the ownership of BEVs in China stood at 22.09 million units, accounting for 70.34 percent of the total number of NEVs. Six cities, including Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing, Suzhou, Shanghai and Zhengzhou, have more than 5 million vehicles.
