It will take about 2.5 hours to fill these out, but it’ll save you time in the long run by helping you identify what to look for in a cofounder and cut off unpromising conversations early. Here's a Google Sheet with all the questions — it's easier to use than First Round's PDF, and you can put your answers next to a potential cofounder's to see where you align or differ. Good examples include building a feature to show customers, finishing a pitch deck, or talking to industry experts.
