Comcast is spinning out Rotten Tomatoes and cable networks into a separate company


Comcast is spinning out Rotten Tomatoes, Fandango and some cable networks into a separate company. The new business will also be home to the likes of MSNBC and SYFY.

In its press release, Comcast calls the spin-off company "SpinCo," which is a placeholder and surely won't be the business' actual name. The UK government is expected to launch a parliamentary inquiry into the roll of social media in summer riots, particularly around the use of generative AI. The DOJ has plans for Chrome, the looming cultural juggernaut that is Minecraft and Sony finally clocks that the PlayStation Portal is missing a key feature.
