This article introduces just enough DBus concepts and the usage of busctl to communicate with systemd. The mode parameter can be one of replace, fail, isolate, ignore-dependencies, or ignore-requirements(more details about this in the document of org.freedesktop.systemd1, the description of StartUnit). A pop-up asking for your password should appear (unless you’re running as root) and the NetworkManager.service should then restart (your Wifi will probably disconnect and reconnect).
