Debian 13 "Trixie" Now In Hard Freeze: MIPS64EL Demoted, RISC-V 64-bit Promoted

Debian 13.0 is now one step closer to release with Debian developers having moved Debian 'Trixie' into a hard freeze state ahead of the official release this summer.

Under the hard freeze, key packages and packages lacking sufficient autopkgtest coverage need to be unblocked by the release team to be able to migrate from Debian unstable to testing for inclusion in Trixie. This inches Debian 13.0 closer to its official release although no formal release date has yet been decided on due to seeing how the bug counts and other factors play into the finish line.
