Debian APT 3.0 Stable Released With New Package Solver & Refined Text UI

APT 3.0 has been officially released as the first stable version following an interesting development cycle

APT 3.0 has turned out to be a very significant update to this package management tool and rather nice for end-users with the text user interface (TUI) refinements. This stable release brings forward the new package solver and very prominent for Linux command-line users is the new UI with colors, columnar displays, and other improvements. Look for APT 3.0 to begin appearing on Debian/Ubuntu based Linux distributions moving forward for those that haven't already been closely following the development releases.
