DeepSeek surpasses ChatGPT in new monthly visits
According to aitools.xyz, which tracks over 10,500 AI tools across 171 categories, India ranked fourth among DeepSeeks top traffic sources, contributing 43.36 million visits per month. The AI industry as a whole saw 12.05 billion visits in February, with 3.06 billion unique visitors engaging with AI tools.
Despite its rapid rise, DeepSeek remains the third-largest AI tool, behind ChatGPT and Canva. However, aitools.xyz data shows DeepSeek’s market share grew from 2.34% to 6.58% in February, signalling increasing global acceptance.
