Dell is requiring global sales employees to work from offices five days a week starting September 30, according to an internal memo. Field representatives must spend five days weekly with customers, partners, or in-office, up from the previous three-day requirement, Dell says in the memo, according to Reuters. Remote workers unable to access Dell offices will continue working from home.
