About the Company Distro is the holistic AI platform designed to supercharge counter reps and inside sales reps for wholesalers and distributors. With our AI-powered product suite, reps can quote more, convert more, and capture more margin per order, all while providing a superior customer experience and keeping business flowing. We are small but nimble, with strong commercial traction and good SaaS metrics. Thank you for your interest! About you We are seeking an early career BRD/Sales Associate to join the Distro team. Education and Experience Must Have · Two to three (2-3) professional experience working in a BDR/sales associate for vertical SaaS; · Prior experience as a BDR at an early stage startup; · Demonstrated ability to use CRM and marketing tools; · Experience with event management; · Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues; · Strong organization skills and business judgment. Nice to Have · Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and other trades Role Responsibilities Business Development and Conversion · Lead-gen; · Lead-qual; · Pipeline advancement; · Calendar management; · Demo management; · Upsell opportunities strategy and execution; and · Live events lead and execution. CRM Management · Primary responsibility for CRM health; and · Other pipeline management related administrative work.
