Do Lake Names Reflect Their Properties?
A few months ago, I did a hike to a lake called “Lac Vert” (Green Lake) in France. Although the name describes its appearance well, I was still surprised.
The example query for France retrieves all nodes, ways and relations labeled as water bodies with “lac” (lake) in their name.
