Dragon Quest 7 is getting the full remake treatment, as revealed at today's Nintendo Direct stream.

Dragon Quest 7: Fragments of the Forgotten Past is getting the full remake treatment, as revealed at today's Nintendo Direct stream. Reimagined will also include revamped battle mechanics, a "significantly streamlined" story that's set to be pacier and more accessible, and other quality of life improvements. Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined is due for release on 5th February 2026 across Switch consoles, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam, Microsoft).
