Dyson’s 360 Vis Nav is a powerful robovac, but it’s the brush that tickles me the most
Hands-on with Dyson’s new robot vacuum cleaner
Unlike most robovacs, the Vis Nav has a D-shape, with a square head that holds the biggest, fluffiest, plushest robot vacuum brush I’ve ever touched. On its first cleaning run in my house, the Vis Nav demolished a pile of dry oatmeal in seconds; other bots throw the flakes around with their side brush first and then take two or three passes to get it all up. Dyson says the Vis Nav has a “high-level processor” that “thinks and adapts” to the data it collects from 26 sensors to avoid obstacles, detect dust, and find walls.
