EA's Skate doesn't yet have a full release date, but already has microtransactions
Microtransactions have been added to EA's free-to-play Skate revival during the game's closed alpha test.
As reported by Insider Gaming, developer Full Circle said this is being added to give players a "positive experience when purchasing items from the Skate store". The developer has told players that any purchases made during the test will be converted back to San Van Bucks prior to the game's early access launch. In other skateboarding-related news, earlier this month Activision announced Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 and 4 were finally getting the remake treatment.
