Tesla CEO Elon Musk says he may keep doing work with the Department of Government Efficiency through the remainder of President Donald Trump’s second term, amid calls for him to step away from politics. Musk’s comments come just a few days after one of Tesla’s biggest supporters on Wall Street said the company is in a “code red” situation if the CEO didn’t pull back from his government work. He previously worked at The Verge, where he also covered consumer technology, hosted many short- and long-form videos, performed product and editorial photography, and once nearly passed out in a Red Bull Air Race plane.
