Emergence unveils New Worlds Initiative for creation in the Open Metaverse
Emergence today announced the launch of the New Worlds Initiative, for creating new worlds for the Open Metaverse.

The Initiative is backed by the $ometa token and Emergence infrastructure, seeking to use this to create a connected “playable cinematic universe” of worlds within the Open Metaverse. Other inaugural members include Kor for on-chain tracking and management of IP, as well as integration with the Emergence SDK; ON1 Force, a community of artists collaborating on a decentralized anime universe; and Basejump + ACTION, an “AI-powered social gaming stack” that allows gamers to earn, buy and mint game assets.
