Nick Tuosto, former head of gaming at LionTree, announced the launch of GoodGame Advisors, a boutique deal advisory firm that can advise on acquisitions. Prior to LionTree, Nick served as the global co-head of internet and digital media investment banking atBank of America Merrill Lynch. The creation of the new firm is a sign that deals are coming back again to the game industry, which has seen a big slowdown with lots of layoffs in recent months.
