Facebook just updated its relationship status with Web Components


Learn about React 19 introducing support for web components and what that means for React developers and web component authors.

As our friend of the blog, Wes Bos, pointed out the other day, React 19 (beta) added, all the way at the bottom of the announcement, much-awaited . For example, React developers don't interact directly with HTML elements to do things like add event listeners and call functions. And I don’t think that’s all hype – I think there’s a reliable signal here that developers want a stable set of tools, built on browser standards.
