The Role: Senior Operations Manager This isn’t a 9-to-5 gig. We’re looking for someone ruthlessly organized, entrepreneurial, and battle-tested, who can build systems, design processes, and solve problems at scale. You’ll sit at the heart of Fetii’s operational engine — overseeing everything from drivers to fleet compliance to quality assurance and event logistics. This is a high-stakes, high-stress, and high-upside opportunity. You’ll be expected to fully immerse yourself in Fetii’s mission. What You’ll Own 🧑‍✈️ Driver Operations Source, vet, onboard, and manage our growing driver network Build scalable systems for performance tracking, support, and churn management Lead communication loops and feedback programs across all driver touchpoints 🚐 VSP (Vehicle Service Provider) Oversight Manage our VSP partnerships and daily fleet deployment Design streamlined vehicle assignment and servicing processes Ensure operational reliability, efficiency, and accountability 📜 Compliance & Regulatory Own end-to-end driver and VSP compliance: insurance, contracts, background checks, permits Develop airtight documentation workflows to reduce risk and ensure continuity Maintain real-time audits across all compliance verticals 🔍 Quality Control & Tech Installations Uphold vehicle and driver standards through inspections and field operations Coordinate QR code/sticker deployment, Samsara telematics hardware installs Monitor and refine onboarding and quality pipelines 🛡️ Safety & Enforcement (Samsara) Enforce driving behavior standards using Samsara dashboards Lead incident response, policy enforcement, and ongoing training Stay ahead of safety issues before they escalate 🎉 Sales Ops & Event Execution Collaborate with the sales team to ensure large-scale event trips run smoothly Own all logistical execution for high-volume weekends and activations Be present in the field, solve problems live, and lead from the front Who We’re Looking For Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a startup environment Systems thinker who thrives under pressure Highly entrepreneurial and obsessively detail-oriented Relentless work ethic and willingness to sacrifice for the mission Strong leadership and problem-solving instincts Fast learner with high accountability and low ego What You Get A seat at the table during the most pivotal phase of Fetii’s growth Stock options with real upside Direct access to founders and high-level strategy A front-row seat at a YC company with high-caliber backers The chance to build a generational company Ready to Go All In?
